MSV Liberec sro offers its business partners and other customers, in parallel with its own production, free capacity of the powder coating plant and the production of sheet metal parts in a wide range. scope of further use, namely in the processing of common steel sheets up to a material thickness of 5 mm and stainless steel sheets up to a material thickness of 3 mm.

Our workshop offers the production of sheet metal parts in a wide range of other uses. Common metallurgical material is used for production, and components made of stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and other materials are processed to a large extent. Both the customer's own material and the material supplied by the customer are processed.

Sheet metal is processed on CNC machines:

• Durma HD-FS 3015 4000W Laser Machine . Sheets up to maximum dimensions 3000 x 1500 mm. Cutting capacity for ordinary steel is up to 20 mm (with optimal surface quality results up to 15 mm), stainless steel up to 10 mm and aluminum up to 8 mm.
• APSH 3108 × 160 DK Machinery hydraulic press brake
• Durma AD-S30175 Hydraulic Press Brake

We perform common sheet metal processing up to a thickness of 8 mm in a length of 3000 mm, more complex work and bending of sheets over 8 mm thick and stainless steel materials after consultation.
